C.1.2.1. Experimental development research on creating individual residential constructions that are eco-sustainable and energy-efficient, using the "Timber Constructions with Silo Walls - CPS" approach. Developing a system for hydrophobization of expanded perlite through a numerically controlled process.

Sub-activities carried out:

-Identification of structural systems that meet the technological requirements for the construction of timber structures with silo walls - CPS, focusing on energy efficiency. The execution technology for the CPS prototype construction should enable the filling of structural elements with granular material for thermal and acoustic insulation, using gravitational flow;

-Establishment of thermal and photo-insulation products/systems that meet the technological requirements for CPS through the use of products manufactured by the enterprise;

-Identification and definition of parameters that can influence the mechanical and thermal properties of CPS systems through the use of products manufactured by the enterprise.

-Identification of the optimal solution for the structural system that meets the energy efficiency requirements through the use of products manufactured by the enterprise.

C.1.2.2. Experimental development research for designing the testing enclosure - "Smart CPS" prototype with the structural system "Timber Constructions with Silo Walls - CPS" to achieve: Data acquisition and monitoring system for assessing the hygrothermal behavior of "Timber Constructions with Silo Walls - CPS".

Sub-activities carried out:

-Preparation of technical documentation for the testing enclosure - prototype, using CPS construction system, at a 1:1 scale, with an area of 30-40 sqm and a height regime of Ground floor + Loft, featuring a wooden structure on a concrete foundation.

-The testing enclosure - prototype, built using CPS construction system, will be equipped with utilities to ensure the attainment of specific properties similar to nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB).

-The testing enclosure - prototype, using CPS construction system, will be equipped with instrumentation to monitor indoor air quality, indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, within the granular fills of walls and floors. Heat flow through walls and floors will also be monitored.

-Study on the execution technology for a testing enclosure - "Smart CPS" prototype that will meet the following requirements:

-Utilization of two types of granular materials produced by the enterprise (hydrophobized and non-hydrophobized) in the structure for thermal insulation, applied to two walls with closely matched characteristics, to conduct a comparative solutions study;

-Installation of two thermal insulation systems on the interior of the load-bearing structure: a thermal insulation system using a granular bed covered with reinforced screed, and a system using a granular bed covered with panels, for conducting a comparative solutions study.

-Establishment of thermal and acoustic insulation products/systems that meet the technological requirements for creating ventilated facades using composite materials;

-Identification and definition of parameters that can influence mechanical and thermal properties;

-Identification of the optimal solution for the structural system that meets the energy efficiency requirements through the use of composite products manufactured by the enterprise.

-Creation of an integrated design and execution system (CAD/CAM) for experimental development, focused on producing products from composite materials used in constructing ventilated facades to reduce energy consumption throughout the entire lifecycle of the building;

- Testing and calibration for the purpose of experimental development along the production chain and technological execution of the enterprise;

-Preparation of Instructions for creating structural elements of ventilated facades from composite materials, aimed at reducing energy consumption throughout the entire lifecycle of the building.
